Founded in 1986, Toland House Properties Limited has become one of Northern Ireland's leading residential property developers. We were the first developer to successfully bring forward a Concept Plan for the West Belfast region introducing the Quality Initiative and Sustainability codes necessary to provide a sense of community, transport integration and recreation amenities.

In all our sites, we place a premium on quality resources and craftsmanship. we source our bricks and tiles from throughout Europe, choosing specialist kilns and furnaces. In our Mill developments, we preserve and integrate original stonework. The result is a rare blend of the modern and traditional, enabling us to tailor each development in harmony with its environment.

Our reward for our effort has been satisfied customers, the most important reward of all, and recognition by our peers through the NHBC, the industry regulator, which, year after year, has rewarded us with a series of top tens and various 1st places in Northern Ireland and I.O.M.  Allowing that there are usually around 1300 sites on the go in N. Ireland in any year, this is indeed praise.
